Koh Chang overview

Koh Chang Travel Guide
The idyllic island of Koh Chang represents what many postcard pictures do; crystal clear waters edged by white powder sands and palm trees swaying lightly overhead. The relaxing nature of Koh Chang is its major appeal and although high-rise resorts are sadly beginning to take over the virgin jungle areas, it remains a tranquil haven at least for the time being. Getting here by boat is easy from other popular tourist places such as Pattaya as well as Cambodia and the whole island goes into hibernation mode during low season when getting to and from the island can be treacherous. With no airport, Koh Chang is unable to rival the crowds that attend Phuket and Koh Samui but this is not a drawback for the pretty island but instead a welcome relief.
