Prachuap Khiri Khan overview

Prachuap Khiri Khan Travel Guide
Prachuap Khiri Khan was put on the map by a former Thai royal family, so letís face it; itís unlikely to be shabby. With beautiful long, white sandy beaches, forests, mountains and surrounding deserted islands, itís easy to see why someone thought this town would be fit for a king. As opposed to nearby Pattaya, which is now overrun with seedy Ďsex-patsí and sun-seeking Europeans, Prachuap Khiri Khan is mainly visited by wealthy Thais on their holidays from Bangkok. Snorkelling and swimming are popular here as the sea is so clean, but there are also national parks, caves, waterfalls, spas and golf courses to enjoy. In addition, there are some great seafood restaurants here and everything is fairly cheap thanks to the predominantly Thai clientele.
